I’ve always been a bit of an outsider. I never quite fit in with the other kids, and I always felt like I was on the outside looking in. I never really knew why, but I always felt like I was different.

As I got older, my depression got worse. I started to withdraw from my friends and family, and I stopped going to school. I spent most of my time in my room, alone with my thoughts.

I felt like a burden to everyone around me. I felt like I was taking up too much space, and like I was using up all the oxygen. I felt like I was an oxygen thief.

One day, I decided that I couldn’t live like this anymore. I needed to get help. I started seeing a therapist, and I started taking medication. It’s been a long journey, but I’m finally starting to feel better.

I’m still not sure why I got depressed, but I’m learning to accept myself for who I am. I’m learning to love myself, and I’m learning to be kind to myself.
