Half Mexican Half German: My Personal Journey and Experiences

I’m Half Mexican and Half German.

Growing up, I was always asked, “What are you?” I never really knew how to answer that question. I was Mexican and German, but I didn’t feel like I fit in with either group. I was too Mexican for the Germans and too German for the Mexicans.

As I got older, I started to learn more about my heritage and I began to embrace my mixed identity. I realized that being half Mexican and half German is a unique and special thing. It means that I have two cultures to draw from, and I can choose the best parts of each one.

I’m proud of my Mexican heritage and I’m proud of my German heritage. I’m also proud of being half Mexican and half German. It’s made me who I am today, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

Why Being Half Mexican and Half German Is Important
