The banner is made of polyester fiber and the balloons are made of latex. They’re both lightweight and easy to use. The banner is about 51 inches by 47 inches, so it’s the perfect size for a car. I hung it from the rearview mirror and it looked great. The balloons are also a good size and they’re easy to inflate. I just blew them up with a regular balloon pump and they held their shape perfectly. I attached them to the car with some tape and they stayed in place the whole night.
